Jerusalem born Parashakti Sigalit Bat-Haim is a Certified Integral
Yoga Teacher, Trancedance facilitator and Esalen massage practitioner.
Parashakti integrates Shamanic Healing and Bodywork, Trancedance,
and Yoga. She has traveled to Israel, Greece, Portugal, Japan, Hawaii,
New Mexico, Arizona, Los Angeles, and New York facilitating
ceremonies for communities and individuals.
She is descended from a long line of healers. Her extensive training
in Healing Modalities and spiritual teachings, as well as her apprenticeships
with Shamans and her commitment to wellness,
make her uniquely qualified to serve as a trusted healer and guide
through her gifted hands, heart, voice, and presence

SHAMANIC HEALING
|
|
Parashakti integrates Shamanic practice, bodywork, breathwork, chanting, and guided
meditation to enable clients to experience healing on emotional, physical, and spiritual
levels. Clients are gently led on an interactive journey of deep relaxation, self-discovery,
and release, gaining access to their own inner wisdom and healing powers.
Sessions begin with an invocation and the creation of a safe, sacred space. Conscious
breathing exercises awaken clients out of self-imposed limitations and open up inner
space, allowing an intention for the session to be expressed. With Parashakti's skilled
guidance, the client moves when ready toward visualizations and verbalizations, on a
spiritual journey that evokes the client's inner wisdom, wellness, sense of integration,
and peace.

TRANCEDANCE WORKSHOPS
|
|
Tranceadnce is powerful doorway to the Soul. Through the use of clear intention,
breathwork, movement, blindfold and the healing sounds of percussive dynamic
rhythms, the participants take an inner journey to meet and integrate all parts of
themselves: Shadow, Ego, Fear, Grief, Laughter, Joy, and Love. This dance connects
the participant to the spirit within and to the wisdom of their ancestors.

The journey ends by having participants lying on their backs allowing themselves
to gently come back from their journey. Parashakti works with each participant
individually. When ready, blindfold comes off and we gather for a talking circle.

Parashakti is available for private Shamanic Healing & Trancedance for individuals,
couples, and small groups. Private Shamanic Healing Sessions run 1 hour 45 minutes
for $125.
Parashakti also offers on-going workshops. Rates for the workshops vary between
$20 and $50, depending on the workshop.
